The earliest western records of the term running amuk was found in the journals of Captain James Cook, a British explorer, who encountered his crew running amuk firsthand in 1770 during a discovery voyage around the world , the same voyage he bumped into Australia and claimed for the British Empire 👑

GRANT MONAGHAN CO-FOUNDER & SKIPPER
Returned combat veteran, Grant's never far from fun or the action. Started when growing up on the Gold Coast, other kids rode their bikes to school, he drove his tinnie (dinghy) with his sister, instead of surfing on weekends he went sailing with Navy Cadets 🚢

Grant went on and became a Navy Clearance Diver, later transferred to Army after he was selected to serve in the SAS.
He got stuck into free fall and water operations, jumped out the back of C130's at 26000ft, dived out of submarines while underway, abseiled out of choppers, blown bomb's up in Laos, weapon and close protection trainer for PNG Govt, worked on movie sets with the stars and lead the Wallabies and the Aust Cricket Teams on leadership and team building camps. If you want to have some fun, enjoy yourselves with friends or colleagues, you'll be in the best company 👍🏼. Someone like Grant would't be matched with a 'glass half empty' type of girl, his wife is equally as much fun if not more...... |

Both Debs parents, her aunts and uncles all served in the RAAF, lived overseas when young and had a ball attending the RAAF School in Penang, Malaysia.
